With your SPID Digital Identity you can access all the online services of the Public Administration.

Visit the website of the public body you are interested in. To access the proposed services, select SpidItalia from the list of SPID managers available for access.
2. LOGIN
Identify yourself by entering your SPID credentials
Enter your credentials on the SpidItalia login page:

What is the difference between SPID, Spiditalia, Spid Power?
SPID is the Public Digital Identity System that allows you to access all the services of the Public Administration in a simple and secure way and with a single pair of credentials (username and password).

What recognition systems are available?
Recognition can take place in three ways:
- Via webcam through a recorded video call in which the applicant must show the identity documents previously entered to validate the SPID request.
- By means of a valid digital signature certificate and a smart card reader.
- Via Carta Nazionale dei Servizi (CNS) activated with a smart card reader connected to the computer. -

The procedure for activating the SPID credentials involves a phase of recognition of the requesting user via webcam or by digital signature or the National Service Card.

How can I access the Spid Power reserved area?
Once the Spid Power purchase procedure has been completed, you will receive by email all the instructions for accessing the reserved area and assistance via WhatsApp.

When does Spid Power expire?
Spid Power includes 3 different and complementary services: the release of personal SPID credentials, recognition via webcam aimed at issuing SPID and the subscription to a reserved area for dedicated assistance via WhatsApp and access to exclusive contents on the use of SPID .
The SPID credentials for the citizen are free and are not subject to a renewal fee. The deadline is set every 2 years for a security check and the service will be renewed free of charge until revoked by the customer or due to regulatory requests.
Access to the reserved area with exclusive information on SPID and dedicated assistance via WhatsApp is a subscription service that is renewed from year to year, unless canceled, at a cost of € 49 a year.
